Cancellations & Return Policy

Due to the nature of medical products and for the safety of our customers, TOAD™ only accepts returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items in their original packaging. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and require prior authorization.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, detailed return instructions will be provided. Returned items may be subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

Non-returnable items include:

• Items returned with broken packaging or not in original packaging.
• Any sterile product that has been opened or items determined not to be in resalable condition by TOAD™.

Return Policy Guidelines

• TOAD™ will initiate the return process and send return label via email.
• The customer will pay for shipping back to the TOAD™ plus an additional 20% restocking fee.

Claims

All claims for damage occurring in transit must be made upon receipt of goods by customer directly to the carrier and documented with photos. Please save all boxes and packing material. All shipment errors must be reported immediately upon receipt to us here.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on toadairways.com. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
